Street Arts Festival & Easter Fun
Fish’n’Chips and Street Arts go together on Good Friday like Salt & Pepper. Bring all the family as historic Fremantle bursts to life with performers transforming the city into a world stage again this Easter. There’s a performance patch at our Harbour, outside Cicerello’s where you can catch incredible acts from all over the world and enjoy your favourite seafood, gelato and drinks. Truly, something for everyone from Good Friday to Easter Monday!
Kicking off on Good Friday, there’ll be plenty on from 12-5pm. Come on down with all the family & friends. We know you’ll love it, because we do too.
Fremantle International Street Arts Festival started as a celebration of Fremantle’s local busking culture in 1999 and has grown into a showcase of the world’s best street theatre.
Each year over the Easter long weekend, the streets of Fremantle are transformed into an open-air theatre of the amazing, weird and wacky, while Fremantle’s famous alfresco dining steps up a notch, with pop-up bars and eateries extending into the streets.
Entertainment centres around several major ‘pitches’ or performance locations and roving performers pop up in surprising and interesting places all across the City.
